When Should You Take Collagen Powder?

Collagen powder is an adaptable supplement that is easy to incorporate into your daily regime, regardless of the hour.

There are no studies to suggest there is an optimal time to add collagen into your routine, so it is up to you to decide when is best for you. The real question is, when do you want to consume chocolate?

The Best Chocolate Collagen Recipes

  • 2 scoops chocolate collagen peptides

Optional garnish:

  • Chocolate shavings

  1. Grab a glass and fill it with ice.
  2. In a separate cup or mixing jug, add your granules, milk and collagen powder and stir together until left with a smooth, velvety texture.
